OUR STORY
LADOS Consulting was born from a simple yet powerful conviction: access to high-level strategic insight should not be a privilege reserved for a few.
In 2025, after nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of community development, consulting, public administration, and urban planning, Dr. Ed Zeno set out to bring to life an idea that had been taking shape throughout his career. Across multiple contexts—from local governments to nonprofit organizations and small businesses—he observed a consistent pattern: those facing some of the most complex challenges often had the least access to specialized advisory support. Not due to a lack of vision, commitment, or potential, but because of a structural gap within the consulting industry. LADOS emerged as a response to that gap.
Large firms, by design and growth priorities, are rarely positioned to address these realities. In that unserved space, projects stall, opportunities are lost, and entire communities see their development constrained.
LADOS was founded to address that gap.
Through ongoing dialogue with professionals across disciplines and regions, a shared vision took shape: it is possible to build a different kind of consulting model—one that combines technical excellence with glocalization, flexibility, and purpose.
LADOS Consulting was founded as a collective of multidisciplinary experts, united by a common goal: to help organizations navigate complexity, make strategic decisions, and turn their ideas into tangible impact.
The name LADOS is intentional. It reflects how we understand both challenges and solutions. We believe complex problems cannot be solved from a single perspective, but through the integration of multiple “LADOS” (sides) of knowledge—different disciplines, experiences, and ways of seeing the world.
For this reason, our approach integrates rigorous analysis with human/cultural understanding, connecting ideas, people, and resources to design solutions that are not only viable, but also sustainable and transformative.
At LADOS, we don’t just support projects—we want to support processes of change.
